I have been a Customer Service Professional for over 20 years, spending the last five years in the print and promotional products industry. I enjoy meeting everyone, and genuinely take an interest in them as a person. My two favourite promotional products are business card magnets and embroidered apparel. Nothing brings me greater satisfaction and joy than to see your branded products in colour! Outside of work, I value my time spent with my wife Katrina and our daughter Emmy. The Beatles or The Rolling Stones? Hands down, The Beatles. If I'm not found listening to the 'Fab Four', my time is spent either drawing, collecting vintage memorabilia or doing some photography.
