Book(let) Binding

Booklet Binding

Nothing makes a book look better than professional binding. We offer many options when you're booklets, manuals, or catalogs need to look great.

Here are some of the more popular binding products and services we offer.

  • Fold and Staple - Our automated equipment makes it easy and affordable to produce a beautiful 'fold and staple' booklet. We can add a heavier cover to make it look even better.
  • Plastic Coil Binding - This process is great for thicker books (up to 1.5" thick). One of the best things about coil binding is that the finished book lies flat when opened.
  • We also provide printed or plain covers, clear acetate covers, and other types of bindings for specialty projects.

Coil Binding

Coil binding, also known as spiral binding, is a commonly used bookbinding style for creating documents, reports, cookbooks, manuals and proposals. When you bind a book with a spiral coil, it has the ability to open flat on the desk or table and offers 360° rotation for easier note-taking.

This durable and strong binding method is one of our most popular choices. Please call us to learn about the many options we have available.

Stapling

Stapling is one of the simplest – and most effective – methods of binding used today. In addition to stapling loose sheets together in the upper left corner (or anywhere), we can "saddle-stitch," which simply means we put two staples through the spine of a folded booklet, magazine or newsletter.

Stapling is a sturdy, attractive binding option that is also cost-effective. We can staple your booklet with or without a separate cover.

Wraparound Covers

Traditionally used for invoices and similar carbonless forms, a cardstock cover is "wrapped around" the entire book of forms, with a flap that is tucked beneath the top form. This flap allows you to fill our the carbonless form without writing onto the form(s) below it.
